EURIMAC is a leader in the area of Non-GMO

EURIMAC is the only Greek food company that, in association with the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (M.A.I.Ch.), AGROLAB, Cretan Mills and the University of Thessaloniki, co-funds and develops a national network of laboratories for the non-GMO certification of agricultural products that are used in food manufacturing.

It is worthwhile mentioning that M.A.I.Ch. has the only laboratory in Greece that can perform both quantitative and qualitative GMO Testing since it utilises the Real-Time PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology.

EURIMAC has already started the systematic GMO testing of the raw materials that it uses for its products, and based on the results-to-date, it can assure that none of its products contain genetically modified raw materials.
